Returns and Refund
You can request our Return & Refund Service:
Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from date of purchase) if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
1)It is requested beyond 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase).
2)A product sent to ACEPC for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
3)Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
4)Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
5)Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
6)A product is not delivered to ACEPC within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from ACEPC.
7) Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return & Refund Instructions
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product(s) (or 30 days from the date of purchase).
Contact ACEPC Customer Support Team at support@acepcs.com and then provide the following information:

We will process your return and refund application within one or two working days after receiving your email.
Refund & Replace Time
For refunds, we will continue to refund within 2-3 working days after receiving your returned items. Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. After the refund is processed, the refund time will depend on the payment method.
Please see below for details:
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 3-7 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
For exchanges, the processing time after returning the items will be between 3-6 working days, depending on stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return reason was Subjective (Customer changed his/her mind), customers need to pay 8% of the product price as a restocking fee, the original shipping cost of your order, and the shipping cost for returning the product to the ACEPC warehouse (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable).
- If the return reason was Objective (Quality issue, damaged item), the proof is required. A full refund will be sent to the customer including the return shipping fees (replacement can be requested).
Replacement Policy
Please be assured that if there's a product quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.
- Product S/N(on the back of the unit);
- Product order number;
- Purchase link where you bought this item;
- A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.
During the limited warranty period, ACEPC will repair or replace, at ACEPC's sole option, any parts of the Product that are defective or malfunctioning during normal usage. ACEPC reserves the right to use new or refurbished replacement parts in repair of the Product.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.
Replacement Service will not be provided where:
- Service is requested more than 7 calendar days after receiving a product.
- Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- A product sent to ACEPCfor replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
- A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by ACEPC.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- The received product has not been sent back to ACEPC 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from ACEPC.
- Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
